Lost my Stickies

There were two Stickies icons on my taskbar: one on the main bar and one in the "hidden" pile. Only the "hidden" icon would create a new Sticky, so I removed the other one, and they both disappeared, taking all my Stickies with them! Stickies does not appear on the Start menu, so how do I get them to display again?

OS Version: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit

Rebooting restored my stickies, and also put both icons back on the taskbar.
