Multiple Monitors

I have searched the forum without finding help... anyone have a way to deal with multiple monitors that are using 2 different display specs?  If I drag a perfectly readable sticky from one monitor (say at 1920 x 1080) to a higher resolution (3840 x 2400) the sticky becomes too small to read. 

Anyone solve for this?
