Adding a Checkbox to Lists

In the user guide you mention that you can add check boxes to your lists but you don't explain how to do that. How do I add check boxes?

Do you mean the alt-c keypress?

Nifty feature. If one has several checkbox items, how do you put a checkmark in that checkbox?

Double-click the "checkbox" to turn it into a checked one.
