Caffeine - Stacking up different instances at Show or Hide Icons / Taskbar Corner Overflow (win10, win11)

Hi, I have serious problem with multiple visible instances of caffeine.exe in the Taskbar corner overflow list (win10 and win11). How could I remove them? Higly impractical for corporate world. 

Are you running multiple instances of the app?  I don't recognise where those screenshots are taken.  It looks a little like Windows has failed to recognise that it's the same one app as you've moved the executable around.  I guess those locations are in the registry somewhere, ripe for removal.
