See also my request from late 2018:
Option to hide/unhide ONLY the Desktop stickies (without the Stacks) - https://zhornsoftware.forumotion.com/t108-option-to-hide-unhide-only-the-desktop-stickies-without-the-stacks

Thanks for the reply.
I can see I need more than just a request for the command, sorry.
Hide/Unhide all - Should 'over-ride' Hide/Unhide Stacks and Hide/Unhide Stickies
Hide/Unhide Stacks (Unhide Stacks brings Stacks on top of stickies as does Hide/Unhide all)
Clean desktop (no Stacks) except for stack opened Stickie(s)
- can drag stack opened Stickie bottom to task bar with 'Hang'
- can position stack opened Stickie on snapped to top of task-bar (and Stickie(s) above snapped to lower Stickie) and drag title-bar to top to of screen with 'Stand'
Stickies cover stack name and/or open/close button. (Hide/Unhide all will bring Stacks on top of stickies- fixes but slow)
Snapping Stickie to Stickie overridden by 'snap to stack' when Stickie is open.
Snapping Stickie to Stickie very tedious when over a stack.
Dragging, moving, re-sizing a Stickie over a stack is hap-hazard at best, or impossible to fine-tune position/size.
Hide/Unhide Stickies
"Hide/unhide ONLY the Desktop stickies (without the Stacks)"
Closing a Stack if none of the opened Desktop Stickies showing may leave Stickies meant for a stack (or not) orphaned or hidden Under stacks. (maybe forever - Hide/Unhide all will bring Stacks on top of stickies)
I may wish I never said the above, but the only time your not making mistakes is when your not doing anything :)
Again, Thanks for the reply.

Thank you too @SPOOK your detailed post.
Yes, I agree that there should be 2 new functions :
1. Hide/Unhide Stacks (including "opened" stacks and their stickies)
2. Hide/Unhide Desktop/Independent stickies
But to make things simple, these 2 new functions should NOT change the ON TOP status of a sticky or a stack.
