Stickies TCP/IP problem

Hello, I have a problem when i want to enable networking in the option:
Error initialising TCP/IP
Networking has been disable

Have you got a solution??
OS:Win server 2019

Is anything on the machine already using that port?  Check it with something like CurrPorts - or adjust the port which Stickies will use to be something else and perhaps that will then allow networking to go on.

You're not using multiple instances of the app on a terminal server with more than one logged on user, are you?

Thanks for your help! I check what was using port 52673 and it was Stickyserver!
So I change the port and it works good!!
