Keyboard shortcut for 'Insert link...'

I think it would be useful to have a keyboard shortcut to 'Insert link...' as I use it often.
Best would be to be able to set key combos to all commands, but I assume that would be a major effort

Control-shift-h will do it.  I use that one quite a bit actually.

Yes, making all shortcuts customisable ... would be a lot of work for (I'm afraid) not much benefit!
