keyboard shortcut conflict

Every once in a while when switching from one program to another the keyboard shortcuts from stickies do not get replaced.

e.g. After adding something to sticky, change focus to chrome, press alt+w to close tab, screen shot selector pops up on screen and tab does not close. 

Not sure if this is the fault of stickies but it happens in other programs besides chrome. (vscode, photoshop, etc...)

In chrome close tap is Ctrl+w ?

Stickies can set a few global hotkeys like for screengrab , it is normal behavior that they work in every program unless the program uses a keyhook to steal the keys .......

You can change the key combination  in " Settings " but windows can still override them and uses the hotkey for its own uses .

So i guess what you see is normal behaviour  .
