Height of Title Bar

I upgraded from v8 to v10 and now the Title Bar is much larger (due to ability to add text???).  Consequently, my Stickies are now taking up MUCH more real estate.  Is there any way to control the size of the Title Bar?

You can change all elements of a skin using skinner tool , you will find the tutorial  skinner.chm in the zip archive.

You need the default skin to make the changes :
