Changing sticky height with mouse

Hi all - is there an easy way to design a skin so the user can grab the bottom bar or lower right button of a sticky and expand it up or down like changing the width? It seems like a simple thing but it eludes me. I thought I saw one skin allowing that but I have not been able to relocate it to study it.

Did you enable the scrollbar , otherwise sticky is " autoheight " ?  ( Even if there is no visual one coded in skinner )
