Bug : Received notes (networking) do not apply some settings

In 10.0c, received notes (thanks to networking) do NOT apply the style defined in settings, but always the "default style"
Moreover, they are created without scrollbars (while current default value for new notes is with scrollbars).

In rev 9, it used to work fine on these two topics.

Yes, these are two more mistakes I'm afraid.  I'll look to get v10.0d out this weekend to incorporate all the things you've found, thanks.
