Auto name the title

Hello. Is it possible to auto name the Title, also to automatically attach? I have an application which requires that you point to various directories when setting up for first use, at that time I would like a new stickies note created and attached to that folder and named the same as the folder. Is this possible at all? Thanks

But you must be familiar with a scripting language that can use WM_COPYDATA to send the commands .
