Caffeine Active hours keyword usage

Can you post exact wording for activehours command?
I am trying to do active hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

I have tried 'caffeine64.exe -activehours .......07001600......' It just shows active. How many '.' before and after X? Also is X representing time in hours and minutes?

The syntax is confusing but you only use  . or x to indicate an active hour ( no numbers!)

D:\Roaming\stickies\caffeine64.exe -activehours: ......xxxxxxxxxx........

There is also a : after -activehours !




I think you only see this trayicon notification if you use win10 not win11 ......
