Sending note over VPN

When I send note over VPN from application Stickies all is ok. When I send note from tool sticky.exe sometimes it is ok , sometimes is problem note not arrived.

That's not much to go on to help really - what have you tried?  Which recipients don't work?  Does it always fail to some machines, and work on others?  Is anything recieved at the far end?  Do you get any error messages?
