Feature request: add switch to run only on weekdays (disable on weekends)

Hello, it would be nice to be able to control on which days Caffeine runs. It could be a switch akin to the -activehours:........xxxxxxxx........ one, like so:
-activedays:xxxxx.. (to make it run only on weekdays).
