ZMeter Feature Request

It would be nice to have a title bar at the top of the graphic window to allow grab & move (re-position) of the window. To move the window from its default start-up position, one must stretch and shrink the window to the final "parked" location on your desktop.

You can move the window by simply clicking any part of it and dragging!  There's no need for a title bar (which might not match the user's desktop look and feel, which is why I've omitted one).
