Conversion to v10

I have downloaded Stickies and a window opens stating "Converting Stickie data to v10, please wait this can take a minute or two....".
In the window below a message states "Conversion started" and then immediately another message states "Can't open store.mdb for reading".
Another window the appears stating "Database conversion failed. Closing Stickies to avoid any data corruption".
I have uninstalled and re-installed Stickies several times but the same problem persists.
I wonder if anyone could help me overcome this problem.

Are you converting from stickies version 7 ?
If Yes :

If No :
Maybe the database file is corrupt , you could try to convert one from the backup files ( created by default )

If a windows error dialog comes up you can use the search for the error " Search Knowledge Base: " at the home page .
