How to install silently through powershell for microsoft endpoint

i would like to install stickies through powershell for endpoint. 
I tried start-process ".\stickies_setup_10_1d.exe" -argumentlist "/S /v /qn" -PassThru

The installer doesn't have any "silent autorun" functionality I'm afraid, but that's mostly because "installing" the app is just copying one file.  There can be a little more to it than that if you like - there are some notes which should sort you out here:
