Rescue off screen

Stickies "Rescue offscreen" needs to be more intelligent or more useful. I find the Stickies is not user friendly to multiple LCD/monitors environment/setup.
I find I have to keep shifting the notes manually every time I connect to a different multi desktop setup. 
I have 3 monitors at work and 2 at home with different positioning. Everytime I move from one setup to another , stickies notes kept missing or showed up at at the very bottom of the monitor. Using the Rescue off screen feature does nothing.
Stickies can either be (1) more intelligent to read screen position and adjust accordingly every time it startup or (2) provide user option to select all stickies notes and move them at once to anywhere on the screen or (3) Improve on the Rescue off screen function.
