Version 7.1e upgrade to 10.0d fails

I've been using v7.1e for many years and never thought to upgrade until today. But when I try to install v10.0d it fails. Windows 10 ver1909

Thank you for your help I installed the libraries but ran into another problem later in the process so I decided to just stay with version 7.1e. It does everything I need.

that " explains "  the converter only works for v8 and later........

You can take a look at the new features that comes with later versions , if any of them are usefull you could upgrade to V8 and then install V10.

I upgraded to V9 then decided to stop there and go back to 7.1e. I could see that I was going to have to reconfigure all of my on-screen notes and frankly, V7.1e does everything I need. Thank you for your responses to my question.
