Edit a link truncates first character of name Empty Edit a link truncates first character of name

Sun Mar 22, 2020 2:02 pm
I've created 5 links...3 for local folders, 2 for web addresses.
If I edit any of the 3 for local folders, the first character of the name is missing.
If I edit any of the 2 web addresses, all is well.
The only common factors that I can see is the 3 local links have an address such as H:\Users\Mike\Pictures.
The 2 web addresses have http:// preceding the web address.

Minor glitch???

Yes, a minor glitch.  This is one of those things that I have no clue why it works that way (the code to get the name works for http:// OK but misses a character from file://).  However it's simple enough to work around, so the next release of Stickies will fix this, thanks.
