Yes win10 does not allow to download it because of virus detection but VirusTotal gives it as clean . So what to do ??

Yes it says the same thing here, although the file is actually clean. I've submitted it to MS for a little better checking. I think it's because it's a new file (and partially because it's not signed). If you trust me (!) then push on through the warning, but otherwise give it a few days for their system to catch up and try the download again.

It's not possible to continue with the install because the install file is automatically deleted.

The virus checker can be disabled, or you can just exclude a specific directory and run it from there, or a combination of the two.
It's not necessarily recommended unless you know for sure what you're doing and trust the stuff you plan to run.
In this case I'd personally go to the security settings (in the windows settings, you can open the settings and search for "virus" to find those settings) and temporarily disable real time protection.

I would rather the install file be fixed so the virus is not found. Maybe I'm just a purest.

joe935 you're very right to want the problem fixed rather than your dropping security ... but I'd say the problem is with your AV falsely detecting the file, rather than there being anything nasty in the file on the server.
This is something which is possible to happen every time I update the installer, sadly, for a few days until the AV vendors get it sorted out.
