Send to back/desktop

Greeting

Could they introduce an order opposite to "Allways on top"! "Send to back/desktop" which would stick the stick to the desktop so that the icons are above it and it is transparent for the mouse (except of course the title).
It means that it is inactive under the icons and untouchable except for the title, and by clicking on the title it would become active, it would come above the icons and you can work with it.

I think it would be interesting because then messages and images can be added to the desktop as background.
