Upgrade from v9 to v10

Can everyone know how to upgrade from Sticker v9 t0 v10 because it show error after launch v10?

There is a common error because win10/11 left out some needed libraries .

Hi,

The link already install and still same error.

The problems come from v7 to v10. I think the db cannot read previous v7. 

How do I convert it? Anyone know any convert tools?

If you have v7 you need to convert it to a higher version like v8 before going to v10.
