Wow, yes, I'm sorry, thank you for posting this bug.  There's a missing character in the routine which changes the password, and it's been missing for a long while.  I don't see how this ever worked, and I would have hoped I'd have tested it better.

You can get your data back by resetting the password to the original one, the notes will all come back.  However, if you've used more than one password, that might cause trouble.

I'll get 10.1d released over the next few days which will fix this issue.  In the meanwhile, you can set the original password again, and please let me know if you've used more than one password and I'll see what I can do to help.

An updated version has now been released - 10.1d.  That should have the fix.  Change your password back with 10.1c, then when your data is all visible again update to 10.1d and then you should find the "change password" works correctly.
