FF&F REV D

I need 3 things before I can update FF&F to REV D and add FF&F ... 4.

1 CASE in Skinner.
2 TABS in Skinner.
3 'Set skin...' - USER 1, 2 & 3 - RESET TO SETTINGS/NEW NOTES when 'Set skin...'

If a prior Stickie has had a particular User set to active the new Stickie from 'Set skin...' will inherent the prior Stickies User Settings. This can be a conflict for the newly 'Set skin...' Stickie.

In my case USER 1, 2 & 3 in OPTIONS/GENERAL are always set 'NO' CHECK MARKS in selection boxes.
