Arrow keys and alarm minutes enhancement

Would be great if one could set alarm's minutes with arrow keys more widely.
Lets say I want alarm after 2 hours and one minute.

If previous alarm was set at 120 minutes it's there as default in textbox.
Now I could just click arrow up and set it to 121.

Anyways, for some reason it jumps to 99.
This happens with all values above 99.

Working arrow keys would be nice in a case of typing erros too. If one types 122 instead of 121, it could be corrected with one keystroke. Instead of Ctrl+a and "121".

Sometimes I have just mouse hand free so would be helpful those times too.
