locking sticky content

So locking the sticky content is a great feature, but it doesnt carry over when you "store it" you are able to edit the content of the sticky when you see it "manage notes" mode, even though the sticky has "LOCK CONTENTS = YES" when you send it back to desktop the locked content is still present.. so i believe this may be a bug with the software.

Not a bug - that's the intention, rightly or wrongly.  The locking feature is more about preventing accidental changes for desktop notes ... but I take your point.

I'll look into keeping the "locked content" attribute across stored (and other class) notes as well.
