Setting layout under group

How do you set an element under a new group in the skinner UI ? I can only do it by editing the ini file but failed to find ( a simple ...) way in skinner  ........

Right-Click Layout and a fly-out will pop-up. This also works for buttons, etc. to move into Groups/Layouts.
