Improve the find window Empty Improve the find window

Can you please prevent the find window from closing after clicking "find" or "find next" ?
Notepad++ "find" window for example stays until the user decides to close it.
I have some big stickies and sometimes I want a simple way to navigate quickly between the many occurrences of a specific word.
