The old "Rescue me"

It happens time and time again and I have no way of getting a handle on this.
Can someone please tell me how I can not just see a piece of a stickie that has floated off-screen (that's easy)
but RE-SIZE it?

So let's say this stickie is 300 x 14186.
Please tell me where I can go to change that stickie to 300 x 400?

I think I can cope with lost stickies if someone can guide me through this.

If the sticky is active window   Ctrl+Shift+x and change the x y values .
