title bar resizing Empty title bar resizing

The title bar is too big for my use.  Can the title bar be reduced to be thinner?  If this is not possible, how do I load and run version 8 in Windows 11?  I updated to version 10, but would like to go back to version 8 because of the configuration of the new version.

Title bar resizing can be done creating your own skin.
