How to move Stickies Data to New Computer

I have purchased a new desktop and love stickies! I have installed the program but can't figure out how to move all of my stickies to the new computer and not lose anything.

Can anyone tell me how to do this? I think there probably is a data file to move, just don't know where it is.

The database filename in stickies V10  is   stickies.db , if you exit stickies in your new install you can just overwrite it with the old one .
