Can't scroll in long notes

I pasted a big note and the height of the note extended beyond the height of my monitor. I can't see the bottom of the note. I enabled scrollbars and no scrollbars showed up. I can't scroll with the mousewheel. I didn't change any skins.

You can set the note to a smaller height using the hotkey  Ctrl+Shift+x , then the scrollbar will show up because the text is larger than the height of the note.
