"Set to style" works only once

When I create a new note, I right-click on the title and select "Set to style" and select any one of my styles - or I use one of the alt+N hot-keys. It works. 

But when I do it again, nothing happens.

Is this by design or is it a bug? Or am I missing something?

I tested it , creating sticky , enter some characters , used alt+number to change it repeatedly to different styles found no problem .

I am using the latest download V10.1d .
