Windows 10. If I delete 2-3 sentences in a note, then the font changes to small BY DEFAULT!!!! How to fix it????

Did you set the font size you wanted in the " Style " setting ?  You can find it in " Settings / Appearance " .
You can also save the sticky as sti and open it in Notepad , you can see the changing font size settings code .
