Resize screen capture sticky

How can I resize a screen capture sticky window by grabbing the borders with the mouse?

You can't resize an image by sizing, but you can resize images.

You might like to hold control and use the mouse wheel, or perhaps draw a box onto the image and then use Return to crop to that rectangle?
