Windows 10 Pro: Side-By-Side-Configuration Error mdb2db.exe

Just downloaded and installed your wonderful stickies app on Windows 10 Pro.
I used several of previous versions and I really liked it.

Now when starting the stickies.exe, I get a failure C:\Program Files (x86)\Stickies\mdb2db.exe 'invalid side-by-side-configuration'
and the app terminates.

Are there any library dependencies missing for stickies or mdb2db.exe ?
