Improve image scaling when using CTRL +/-

Can the image scaling quality used in the transform menu be used in the CTRL +/- hotkeys?

Oops I see that it's the same now.  It's all about the increments.

You can improve the quality by using control-mouse wheel.  When using that method, hold down control.  All the time you're choosing the new size, the image is being generated from the original.  If you use the keyboard then every time you press the keys the operation takes place again, and the image will get steadily less and less sharp.
