Auto Scroll - Similar to Teleprompter Apps

Wondering if you can add an auto scroll feature. I'm experimenting with overlaying the sticky notes on top of the main video in obs, right under my webcam. Being able to keep the notes on top in a semi opaque state allows me to have my eyes as centered as possible with an expensive teleprompter.  Hope that makes sense. A couple helpful features for scroll control is of course being able to start, stop/pause for basics, and of course scroll rate. Advanced would be to start and stop based on speech and to scroll based on speech, but I know that would be asking for a lot given the awesome work you've already done and offering this for free.
