Recently, a small "i" appeared in the bottom icon of the system tray.
What is it? How to take it off?

Thanks!!

From the helpfile   ( stickies version v10.1 )

By right-clicking the notification area icon and choosing Show / Hide all, any notes on screen will be hidden. The icon will change to show a small exclamation mark to remind you that you have hidden notes. All notes will reappear if you either choose Show / Hide all again, or create a new note. If you installed the global keyboard hook, shift-windows-s will show or hide all notes from anywhere within Windows.

In the latest version you can set " hide/show " when clicking the trayicon . ( a long awaited feature ! )

So ... if I right-click and put "show - hide" the notes the little "!" disappears.

BUT when I restart your PC it reappears.
I also deleted all notes.

Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the program?
Where can I delete all the settings?

Thank you again!

little "i" on tray icon Empty OK Solved

The problem depended on one option: Start Stickies with all the hidden notes.
Ticked off that option, the little "!" disappeared on startup.

Thanks again,

(without your help I wouldn't have known where to look)
