BOLD DOTTED OUTLINE ON NOTES

I have just updated to the latest version (V1O.1a) and have noticed an annoying bold black outline surrounding notes.  It appears occasionally when I am attempting to paste text into a note, usually with ctrl+shift to eliminate any formatting.  I have searched help, the FAQ's and the forum without finding the cause or the solution to eliminate this behavior.
I would really appreciate a pointer to the correct location for a solution.

I have narrowed the cause to ctrl + left mouse click.  This toggles the dotted border on or off.  There is no reference to this combination anywhere in the help file or in settings.  Very unusual that it is not documented somewhere as Tom is usually very good about those things.

Is that hidden somewhere in the help file or on the FAQ page?  I searched everywhere and could not find it and it never happened before I updated to the latest.

Never mind.  I finally found it on the stickies versions page under Changes.  I wish I could turn it off though.  It is annoying when you are typing fast and inadvertently overlap key strokes.

If you'd like to disable it, you can do that with the Skinner app.

Get the skin files you prefer to use - start with the default one:

Unpack the ssk (zip) file and load the ini into the Skinner.

Click Edit / Note Skin Properties, and then set the Selected Border Wdith to 0.

Save the skin, set it in Stickies as your default, and there will never be a border.
