Attaching Stacks to windows. Empty Attaching Stacks to windows.

Is it possible to implement the attach notes feature to window to be able to attach a stack to a window? 
When I am working in my genealogy program my Genealogy stack would be visible and when I am working in my work folder my work stack would be visible. 
This would be, although not critical, very convenient.
