High contrast colour scheme : What is it ?

Hi Tom,

In Settings / App there is an option named "High contrast colour scheme"

I've not been able to detect any change if it is set or unset.
What this option should do ?

If you have open the Manage dialog when you change that setting, you'll see that there's a subtle change to the way that some text is displayed, to try to help out those who don't like faint text.
