blank tile on Zbar in Windows 10

I am using zbar with Windows 10, laptop + 2 monitors.  The 2 monitors that do not have the start menu have a blank tile on the left end as if there were a program with no name that can't be opened.  ?

I found the windows 10 support for multiple-screen taskbars is sufficient for my needs.

Settings -> Personalization -> Taskbar

"Show Taskbar on all displays" = On
"Show Taskbar buttons on" = "Taskbar where window is open"
