VNChelper ini File Relocation

Would it be possible to allow the relocation of the vnchelper.ini file? Perhaps through a command line parameter or an environment variable? I like to group my preferences and settings for easy backup and quick recovery if something bad happens.

I know I'm ducking the question, but you could always just move the very small exe file into the backed up data directory?
