Caffeine doesn't start - erorr about VC++

Hi there, I'm a long time user of Stickies and today I discovered Caffeine.
I'm trying to run it on my Surface Pro running Windows 10 x64, but the program doesn't even start.
The error in the event viewer states something about the Microsoft Visual C++ but I already installed the 2008, 2012, 2013 and 2015 (x64 version, btw).

Unfortunately I can't get it to work.

I resolved installing the VC++ 2008 Sp1 32bit
