How can download new version of KeyCounter & How to contribute on it for make it better

I want to know where can I download the new version of KeyCounter.That app that count keyboard hits. I have it in 2013. my current version is 2.10
is any new version coming?

and want to know can I contribute to it.

I'm afraid I abandoned that some years ago now.

I've still got a zip file for the project, so if you want the source code, I can send that to you, and then you can continue development if you like?
